Food Service
TBG Printing specializes in food service labeling — from LPN (license plate) to picking and receiving labels, to custom and stock options built for speed, accuracy, and durability. Our thermal transfer and direct thermal labels perform in cold storage, high-volume, and warehouse environments, delivering consistent quality, fast turnarounds, and nationwide support to keep your operation efficient and compliant.
Preprinted Pallet / LPN
LPN labels (license plate numbers) are preprinted barcode labels with consecutive numbering, designed to track cartons, bins, and pallets throughout your warehouse.
Our LPN labels integrate directly with your warehouse management system, giving you full visibility from receiving through shipping. We generate and manage all number sequences, eliminating the risk of duplicates, and ensure your next order is ready when you need it.
We manufacture LPN labels to your exact specs in a variety of sizes, materials, and colors, typically produced on rolls. Our adhesives are built for real warehouse environments, including both dry storage and cold storage applications.
With all-temperature adhesives rated from -65°F to 200°F and durable top coatings, our labels resist moisture, frost, and smudging.
We also produce high-quality blank labels for on-demand direct thermal printing, including custom sizes and die cuts.
Pick & Receiving Labels
Our picking and receiving labels are built for the fast-paced demands of food distributions. From LPNs to barcode and location labels, we produce durable, high-contrast formats that scan cleanly and stick where they should – even in cold humid, or high-traffic warehouse environments. With nationwide production and fast turnaround, we make it easy to standardize your labeling, streamline operations, and keep product moving without interruption.
Warehouse Labels
We product durable, custom warehouse labels that make your racks, shelves, bins and pallets easy to identify and scan. Whether you need rack labels, barcode labels, floor labels, aisle markers , or fully customized warehouse location labels, our materials are built to handle cold storage, freezers, moisture, and heavy warehouse traffic. Every label is engineered for clarity and adhesion, helping your team pick, stock, and ship with accuracy. Fast turnaround, nationwide production, and labels that stay put – even in the toughest distribution environments.
Stock Labels
Nobody carries more stock labels than TBG Printing. We offer one of the most extensive selections in the industry — including thermal transfer, direct thermal, inkjet, RFID-enabled, flood-coated, and mobile printer rolls, along with laser sheets, integrated forms, and GHS/UL-compliant constructions.
Our inventory is ready to ship from our 20 nationwide locations to help reduce freight costs and lead times.
All stock labels are available in roll, fanfold, or sheeted formats and can be shipped same-day in most cases. With TBG Printing, you get reliability, speed, and flexibility — all backed by a nationwide manufacturing network.
Direct / Thermal Transfer
Thermal transfer printer paper is a durable labeling material designed for use with thermal transfer printers and ribbon-based printing systems. Unlike direct thermal media, thermal transfer paper produces long-lasting, high-resolution prints that resist heat, moisture, abrasion, and chemicals. This makes it an ideal solution for barcodes, inventory labels, product identification, and warehouse applications where clarity and longevity matter.
Available in a range of paper and synthetic materials, thermal transfer printer paper works with wax, wax/resin, or resin ribbons to meet the demands of everything from short-term indoor labeling to harsh industrial environments. The result is crisp, scannable labels that maintain their quality throughout handling, storage, and distribution.
Thermal paper is a specialized, heat-sensitive paper coated with chemicals that change color (typically turning black) when exposed to heat from a thermal print head—no ink, toner, or ribbons required. This makes it the ideal choice for fast, reliable, and cost-effective printing in everyday business environments.
Laser
Laser printing is an electrostatic digital printing process that uses a laser beam, toner (dry powdered ink), and heat to produce high-quality text, graphics, and images on plain paper. It’s the technology behind most office and home laser printers (black & white or color), known for sharp, professional-looking documents, fast output, and low cost per page for high-volume printing.
Unlike thermal paper printing (which relies on heat-sensitive coatings and no ink/toner), laser printing works on standard uncoated paper and delivers durable, fade-resistant results suitable for contracts, reports, marketing materials, and everyday office use.
Ink Jet
Inkjet printing is a digital printing technology that produces images and text by spraying tiny droplets of liquid ink directly onto paper (or other materials) through microscopic nozzles in the print head. It’s the most common type of printer found in homes, small offices, and for photo printing, known for vibrant colors, excellent photo quality, and versatility on various paper types.
Unlike laser printing (which uses dry toner and heat fusion) or thermal paper printing (heat-activated coating, no ink), inkjet uses actual liquid ink cartridges and works on standard plain paper, glossy photo paper, cardstock, and more.
Integrated
Integrated printing (also called integrated forms printing or integrated label/card printing) is a specialized printing technique that combines multiple elements—such as forms, labels, cards, or peel-off stickers—into a single, cohesive document during the manufacturing process. This creates “integrated” products where self-adhesive labels, cards, or other components are embedded or affixed directly onto a base sheet (like paper or cardstock), allowing for easy removal or use without separate application.
It’s widely used in business forms, direct mail, invoices, shipping documents, membership cards, and promotional materials. Unlike standard laser, inkjet, or thermal printing (which typically handle one type of output on plain or coated media), integrated printing focuses on pre-constructing multi-functional pieces for efficiency in high-volume or personalized applications.
